Construction project manager
It provides the following activities:
- representative of the company management towards construction investors, communication with construction investors
- representative of the company management towards construction and design suppliers
- coordination of the company's production capacities
- ensuring coordination between the production and preparation departments of the company
- cooperation in preparing documents for processing monthly lists of completed work
- discussing construction changes
- monitors records of customer complaints or claims, manages their removal
- coordinates the initiation of the claim procedure and monitors its progress
Qualification requirements:
- Construction experience min. 5 years
- University or secondary school in construction field
- Direct supervisor is the company director

Construction preparer
It provides the following activities:
- Inquiry and evaluation of supplies
- Search for optimal technical and price solutions
- Ordering supplies
- Negotiating with suppliers, preparing documents for contracts
- Checking supply invoices
- Checking quantity estimates
- Cooperation in valuing changes arising during construction
- Participating in price negotiations and construction inspection days
Qualification requirements:
- University or secondary school in the field of construction
- at least 3 years of experience as a preparer or budgeter
- routine knowledge of Excel, knowledge of RTS, URS programs is welcome
