PROXIMA a.s. is a construction company with extensive experience in the field of construction. We place the main emphasis on high-quality technical construction management and thorough preparation.

Our work system, construction management method and quality control system allow us to guarantee the high quality of the constructions we carry out and provide above-standard guarantees, all while maintaining favorable prices for the investor and short construction deadlines.

We carry out reconstructions and new constructions

We carry out construction work with our own employees, special deliveries and PSV work in cooperation with proven subcontractors. Our company has the necessary equipment for the implementation of constructions.

For the implementation of production documentation (project for construction implementation, pre-production and production preparation) we have our own design center and technical experience. We can provide constructions including complete project documentation and engineering activities.

All activities are carried out by qualified workers using high-quality and proven materials. Our company consistently applies its own quality management system, ensuring the high quality of our buildings.

We are holders of certificates of the quality management system ISO 9001 according to ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 for the implementation of land and industrial buildings, the environmental management system ISO 14001 according to ČSN EN ISO 14001: 2016 and the occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001 according to ČSN ISO 45001: 2018.

We are a professional supplier of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (within the framework of subsidy programs).

We are a member of the Association of Construction Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic.

Our company achieves an average turnover of around 100 million CZK per year.

Since 1997, when our company has been carrying out construction, we have achieved a turnover of more than 1.85 billion CZK.

Company strategy

Proxima a.s. maintains the level of its construction production output. Its activities are increasingly becoming known to investors and construction contractors. Proxima a.s. operates as a contractor in the field of civil, residential and industrial construction, in the position of general contractor. The share of private and state sector investors is evenly represented in the company's construction production.

BUSINESS PLAN GOALS FOR 2020 - 2021

To ensure continued business success, it is necessary to:

  • achieving a turnover of over 100 million CZK
  • further improvement of the quality of technical management of construction projects and increasing the expertise of employees
  • maintaining an individual approach to the customer and correctness of relations
  • increasing the company's penetration into the subconscious of the investor public
  • expanding the circle of customers

Trade

  • improving awareness of our activities
    by increasing promotions and presentations during construction (advertisements, billboards, internet)
  • starting our own development activities including
    securing adequate investment resources
  • increasing our own acquisition activities in the public
    and private sectors

Organization and facilities

  • consistent implementation of ISO management systems
    9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001
  • completion of the transition to the new OHSAS 18001 standard - ČSN EN ISO 450001: 2018
  • regular evaluation of individual constructions in terms of implementation, preparation, quality and costs

Quality

  • further increase in quality control through continuous internal audit - maintaining and strengthening the status of a company that performs work of above-standard quality
  • increasing motivation for quality production by linking it to rewards for construction management - another factor for determining rewards outside of turnover and profit
